Products & Information

 


We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, materials, and color details for all products.


Customers are responsible for reviewing all product details carefully before placing an order. Minor variations in color or finish may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or manufacturing differences.

 


 

 

Orders & Payment (Cash on Delivery)

 

 

  • We primarily operate on Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Full payment is not required upfront

  • We may require a partial advance payment (typically CAD $20–$25) to confirm or reserve an order

  • The remaining balance is payable in cash at the time of delivery

 


Failure to pay the remaining amount at delivery may result in order cancellation and forfeiture of any advance payment.

 


 

 

Delivery & Shipping Policy

 

 

  • Free delivery is provided within a 50 km radius of selected cities (including Toronto)

  • For locations beyond 50 km, a delivery charge of CAD $0.75 per kilometer applies

  • Delivery charges (if applicable) will be communicated before order confirmation

 


Customers must ensure correct delivery details are provided. Sofa & Sleep Co is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

 


 

 

No Returns & No Refunds

 


We do not accept returns and do not offer refunds under normal circumstances.


All product details, dimensions, and specifications are clearly provided to help customers make informed decisions before purchasing.

 


 

 

Replacement Policy (Only in Valid Cases)

 


Replacements are provided only in the following situations:

 

  • The product is delivered damaged or broken

  • There is a manufacturing defect

  • An incorrect product or color is delivered

 


Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video evidence.

No replacements are provided for:

 

  • Change of mind

  • Size or color preference issues

  • Customer error after delivery

 

 


 

 

Order Refusal & Cancellation

 


Sofa & Sleep Co reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to:

 

  • Unserviceable delivery locations

  • Failure to confirm order details

  • Non-payment of advance amount (if required)

 

 


 

 

Limitation of Liability

 


Sofa & Sleep Co shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
