Shipping & Delivery Policy

 

We provide local furniture delivery across select areas in Canada with flexible delivery options based on location and order timing.

 


 

Delivery Areas & Charges

 

  • Free delivery is available within a 50 km radius of Toronto.

  • Delivery is also available beyond 50 km, and charges may apply.

  • For locations outside the free delivery radius, a delivery charge of CAD $0.75 per kilometer applies.

  • Any applicable delivery charges will be confirmed with the customer after order placement and before dispatch.

 


 

Delivery Timeline

 

  • Same-day delivery is available for locations within Toronto and up to 100 km radius, if the order is placed before 10:00 AM.

  • Orders placed after 10:00 AM within this radius are typically delivered the next day.

  • For locations beyond 100 km, delivery usually takes 1–3 business days, depending on distance and logistics.

 

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

 


 

Delivery Method

 

  • All deliveries are made via local delivery partners.

  • Delivery is provided to the doorstep, building entrance, or reception area only.

  • Inside delivery, elevator use, upstairs/downstairs, or basement delivery is not included.

 


 

Inside Delivery (Optional – Additional Charge)

 

If a customer requests inside delivery (such as delivery inside an apartment, upstairs, downstairs, or basement), an additional charge of CAD $20 applies.

 

  • This charge is collected at the time of delivery

  • It is paid directly to the delivery driver

  • This charge is not included in the order total at checkout

  • Availability of inside delivery depends on driver confirmation

 


 

Cash on Delivery (COD)

 

  • We primarily operate on Cash on Delivery (COD).

  • In some cases, a small advance payment may be required to confirm the order.

  • The remaining balance is payable at the time of delivery.

 


 

Delivery Inspection

 

Customers are advised to inspect their order at the time of delivery.


Any visible damage, defects, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for replacement, as per our Replacement Policy.

 


 

Customer Responsibilities

 

  • Customers must provide accurate delivery details at checkout.

  • Clear and safe access must be available at the delivery location.

  • Failed or rescheduled deliveries due to access issues or incorrect information may result in additional charges.
