Return & Replacement Policy

We do not accept returns and do not offer refunds.

All product details, including dimensions, materials, colors, and specifications, are clearly provided on each product page. Customers are responsible for reviewing all information carefully before placing an order.

Replacement Policy

Replacements are only provided in the following cases:

  • The product is delivered damaged or broken

  • There is a manufacturing defect

  • An incorrect item or color is delivered (different from what was ordered)

Replacement Conditions

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue must be provided

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition as received

Once the issue is verified, a replacement will be arranged.

Refunds are not provided under any circumstances.

Non-Eligible CasesΒ 

Replacements will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind

  • Size, color, or design preferences

  • Measurement or space issues

  • Minor color variations due to lighting or screen differences

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Clearance or final sale items
