Delivery & Shipping

 

Q: What areas do you deliver to?

A: We deliver within a 300 km radius of Toronto. Free delivery is available within Toronto and up to 50 km radius. For locations beyond 50 km, delivery is charged at $0.75 CAD per kilometer.

 


 

Q: How fast is delivery?

A:

Same-day delivery is available for Toronto orders placed before 10:00 AM

Next-day delivery for locations within 100 km of Toronto

1–3 business days for locations between 100–300 km


Delivery timelines may vary slightly based on location and order confirmation.

 


 

Q: Do you deliver inside homes or apartments?

A: Standard delivery is provided to the doorstep or building reception only.

If inside delivery (stairs, elevator, apartment, or basement) is requested, an additional $20 fee may apply, payable directly to the delivery driver and confirmed after order placement.

 


 

Products & Quality

 

Q: What materials are your furniture made from?

A: Our furniture is made using durable, high-quality materials such as solid wood, engineered wood, metal, fabric, velvet, leatherette, and boucle. Full material details are clearly listed on each product page.

 


 

Q: Do you offer warranties?

A: Our products are covered against manufacturing defects or damage on delivery. Please inspect your item at the time of delivery and contact us immediately if there is an issue.

 


 

Q: Can I see the furniture before buying?

A: We operate as a delivery-only business and do not have a showroom or in-person viewing. Detailed product photos, dimensions, and specifications are provided on each product page to help you make an informed decision.

 


 

Orders & Payments

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We primarily operate on Cash on Delivery (COD). In some cases, a small advance payment may be requested to confirm the order, with the remaining amount payable on delivery.

 


 

Q: Can I cancel or modify my order?

A: Order changes or cancellations must be requested as soon as possible after placing the order. Once the order is dispatched, cancellations may not be possible. Please contact us immediately for assistance.

 


 

Q: Do you accept returns?

A: We do not accept returns. However, replacements are provided in cases of:

 

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Items damaged during delivery

  • Incorrect item or color delivered

Issues must be reported at the time of delivery or within 24 hours of receiving the product.
